A Happy Life on Earth

With wars and violence all over the world, it seems the concept of a happy life on Earth is beyond the teachings of religions. Laughter, friendship, fun, none of these seem to have a place in the lives of worshipers, instead it must be misery, piety, and restrictive domination, forced on man by laws and violence. The reward for creating or enduring this Earthly misery is happiness: after you are dead.
It just does not make sense. The wonderful natural beauty of this planet, the joys of life, music, food, wine, love, friendship, and sex, it seems that few believe these joys were of God's intent, and yet He is our creator.
It could be He sent Jesus to tell us that planet Earth is Heaven. He gave man a brain, with which worship and meditation will, at some point in our earthly life, reveal  this Heaven to us. From this joy of life on Earth, our souls build their own Heaven, and the final sleep of death lets us dream of this into eternity.
There needs to be more thought, individual thought, God's greatest gift to man.

Hatred

Is hatred now the strongest human motivation? If so where goes civilization, what is there to build on? Killing civilians, blasting an aircraft from the skies, what lunatics can believe any God condones such inhuman behavior?
And in such instances, all we ever get from religious leaders is: silence.
Christianity proclaims that God is 'Almighty and everlasting,' but why does He never speak to any of them?
Maybe the human race upset Him. If anyone brutally murdered our only child, would we accept a cover up that made our child's death a cause for celebration and holy reverence?
Perhaps we should ignore the fairy tale that is Easter,  and ask for His forgiveness, offer our repentance, then pray for our resurrection as human beings. Then the world might stand a chance of enjoying this God given heavenly planet, ending in contentment and a life in the hereafter, a world born of our earthly dreams.
Self ordained as Archpip Plumtree, I am not a holy man, but I do like to make sense of any belief, .and the God I pray for is a whole lot cleverer and vocal than the one presented by the church..
Open up your minds, take the peel off your plums, look into the sweetness of life, keep your pip firm and your kernel pure.

Parenting

Babies have empty tummies and empty heads. It is the responsibility of parents and society to nourish both. Baby will scream for food, thus an empty tummy is immediately obvious, but baby's mind gives no such warning of emptiness. All parents, writers, children's t/v, and advertising should give a lot more thought to what is presented to a child's brain, and build in some good human qualities. If a baby eats bad food it will be sick, if fed bad thoughts, it will grow up with a sick mind, very difficult if not impossible to cure.
Not to brainwash into some robot, but to continually freshen up with all the glories of human existence, laughter, friendship, honesty, trust, music, dance, and the richness of living on planet earth..
Let us spread the blossoms and juices of life, and begin the day baby is born.

Sex as Therapy

Sex, Is it just for procreation, or are men, AND WOMEN, supposed to enjoy it? How wonderful if this is so, it would confirm my own belief.
What I want to do today, is thank all the people who have shown interest in this site. The blog on brainwashing has seen a big rise in viewings.
Could it be that some of you have looked at www.plumtreefaith.com?  If you like it, pass it on. There is no funding or corporate backing, no seeking of 'followers' who'd be just as daft as others who follow the leader, no, it is just me being logical. This many people see as illogical, and therein lies the interest, seasoned with humour.

brainwashing

The Plum Tree Faith Schools would serve concentrated juice to give vitamins and vitality to the pupils. There might be a free period when pupils could dive into a pool, wash their pips, and meditate on their Kernel. What juicy, sweet, and joyful moments this would bring, young brains released to provide the freshness humanity so adores.
To present narrow views as gospel, to poison young minds ere they have flowered, is repulsive. We are on this earth to love each other and create a happier life for all. We are not here to be taught how to hate before we can read.
The logical conclusion of being given a brain to think with, is that this was God's intention, He wants us to think like Him, yet religions want to take this away and make us think like them.
All done in His name of course, Ahem!
Think dear Plums, think.

laughter

Laughter is an essential ingredient for living a happy life on Earth, and Archpip Plumtree is convinced that our Creator want us to live happily while we are here. The Plum Tree Faith has no time for morbid gospels. To cause laughter is a joy, and my recent little book, 'The Chronicles of Bruiser the Cat' has had nothing but praise.  Signed copies at £3.45 are available on www.winstongrit.com, and be assured of some hearty laughter.

Saving Private Britain

Next week people will be electing members to the house of European Rule Makers. Next year it will be an election in Great Britain. On neither occasion will religion utter a word, they only cover our life in eternity, and down here followers need only pray. The Plum Tree Faith contends we are intended to live happily whilst we are here, and therefore believes this 'Faith', should keep a critical eye on all politicians. The poster 'Saving Private Britain' will be published tomorrow. It speaks out for the lower paid and neglected people of this nation, who deserve a better quality of life, some respite from taxation, and much more respect from the gigantic corporations that predate on us all.  Blessings and Blossoms, Archpip Plumtree.
