Hatred

Is hatred now the strongest human motivation? If so where goes civilization, what is there to build on? Killing civilians, blasting an aircraft from the skies, what lunatics can believe any God condones such inhuman behavior?
And in such instances, all we ever get from religious leaders is: silence.
Christianity proclaims that God is 'Almighty and everlasting,' but why does He never speak to any of them?
Maybe the human race upset Him. If anyone brutally murdered our only child, would we accept a cover up that made our child's death a cause for celebration and holy reverence?
Perhaps we should ignore the fairy tale that is Easter,  and ask for His forgiveness, offer our repentance, then pray for our resurrection as human beings. Then the world might stand a chance of enjoying this God given heavenly planet, ending in contentment and a life in the hereafter, a world born of our earthly dreams.
Self ordained as Archpip Plumtree, I am not a holy man, but I do like to make sense of any belief, .and the God I pray for is a whole lot cleverer and vocal than the one presented by the church..
Open up your minds, take the peel off your plums, look into the sweetness of life, keep your pip firm and your kernel pure.
Blossoms
Archpip Plumtree.
